In Spring 2004 ICC held a contest in which members and
others could submit a draft 5-minute promotional video
for ICC. The winner would get a $2000 budget to redevelop
that video and two others (a 10-minute promo video and a
30-minute orientation video). Below is the entry I
submitted. Mine was the only entry and ICC selected it.
Note that this is very much a draft video.
The video is shaky because it's handheld and some of
the images are grainy because of insufficient light. Now
that I have a budget I will invest in a tripod and some
lights to reproduce this video and to produce the other
two videos. I didn't want to spend too much money up
front out of my own pocket when shooting the draft, since
I didn't know at the time whether I'd ultimately have a
budget or not.
