Jim Jones is the elder statesman of the U.S.
co-op housing movement. In Feb. 2003 when I was doing a
presentation at the NASCO Manager's Conference in San
Antonio, one of the things I wanted to show was how easy
it is to get video onto the web. So during a break I
asked Jim if he would be part of a short, funny video
that I'd shoot on the spot so I'd have some sample
footage to use. This is the result of that effort.
Unfortunately I was taping over a used tape, and that
made the sound skip at the beginning and made the video a
little off at first, but so be it.
