No more advertising accepted

I'm no longer accepting any new advertising for any of my sites. Basically, I'm making enough money and I don't have time to even answer ad inquiries, much less actually place the ads.

In addition:

• I do NOT sell text links.
  
• I am NOT interested in your crappy guest post or spammy infographic.
  
• I do NOT want to join your affiliate program.
  
• I do NOT do link exchanges (not even "three-way" link exchanges, which are just as stupid).
  
• I am NOT interested in any other kind of partnership or proposal you want to pitch. Not interested. No.
